Steven is a Managing Partner at United Dairies lives near Watkins, MN. He has been a part of his family's dairy operation since as long as he can remember and continued his education at Ridgewater College, gaining a degree in agribusiness. He enjoys spending time with his wife Kim and six children.
Keith Engle
Site Manager
Alpha Foods
Keith has been a key manager of our United Dairies team since 2006. He joined PACE Ag after graduating with a degree in animal science and dairy production from the University of Minnesota. He and his wife Micki have two daughters and they enjoy watching hockey, which both of their girls play.
Rocio Ramirez
HR/Safety Manager
United Dairies
Rocio Ramirez lives in Minnesota with her husband Edgar and their four dogs. She attended Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education in Mexico City and majored in international relations. Since 2008, she has played an integral part in managing United Dairies human resource and safety departments.
John Boerman
General Manager
Benton Group
John and Jackie, and their two boys live in Western Indiana. John oversees all the operations of the three Benton Group dairies. His expertise and management has seen Benton Group through the construction of two dairies, as well as implementation of progressive practices.
Matt Kashmitter

Silverstreak Dairies
Matt and his family are from Sauk Rapids, Minnesota where he has been actively dairy farming his entire life. He grew up on his family’s farm that is now Bluestreak Dairy. Matt procures the feed and handles all manure removal. He is vital to our operations when it comes to building relationships with neighbors and vendors.
Jacob Achen

Warren Dairy
Jacob, Jayne, and Ellsworth live in western Indiana. Jacob manages Warren Dairy which is the freshening site and calf site for Ambia and Freeland Dairy. Jacob focusses on employee development with his directs and manages the internship program for PACE Ag Group.
Keith Hoeing
Site Manager
Ambia Dairy
Keith and his wife Emily live in Pine Village, Indiana with their twin boys and daughter. Keith takes care of the day-to-day operations at Ambia dairy and is progessing the farms utilization of technology and data collection. He graduated from Purdue University and has been the site manager at Ambia Dairy since 2015.
Matt Landwehr
Managing Partner
Westland Dairy and Heiferyard
Matt and his dad Tom manage around 4,000 acres of corn and alfalfa for all of the United Dairies. He also helps with the harvesting of an additional 4,000 acres from contract growers and his uncle's dairy farm. He has worked at the Westland farm since it started in 1998. Matt and his wife Ashley welcomed their son Dawson to the farm this year.
Moises Barrios
Site Manager
Warner Dairy
Moises started working at Silverstreak Dairy in 2008 as a milker and scraper. In 2009, he transferred to Union Dairy and while working there was promoted to herdsman. He later became a herdsman at Greenstreak Dairy, and In November 2021 started working in his current role as Warner Dairy Manager. Off the farm he enjoys a good cup of coffee, relaxing, and going for walks with his wife.
Jeffrey Borst

Union Dairy
Jeff is our site manager at Union Dairy and has been part of the United Dairies’ team since 2015. He earned a degree in animal science and dairy production from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. When he is away from the dairy, he enjoys traveling with his wife, Taylor, and going to breweries and wineries.
Annie Vannurden
General Manager
Silverstreak Dairies
Annie lives in Buckman, Minnesota with her husband Eric and two children. Since graduating from Purdue University in 2016, she has progressed from a Site Manager to the General Manager of Silverstreak Daireies She enjoys traveling, fishing, hunting, and farming together with her family.
Brian Moehrle
Custom/Manure Application Manager
Westland Dairy
Brian was hired to manage and start our manure dragline business from scratch in 2015. His past expertise includes working in manure handling and the construction industry for over 20 years. Brian and his wife Stacy along with their two children enjoy camping and fishing with family and friends.
Leroy Kopmann
Ag Sourcing Manager
Benton Group
LeRoy Kopmann manages all the forage contracting, harvesting, and manure management for Benton Group. Before joining Benton Group, he worked in agricultural retail supply in Central Illinois, which supplied inputs to grow corn, soybeans, wheat, alfalfa, along with seed and agronomic recommendations.
Tim Ekovich
Site Manager
Freeland Dairy
Tim started with Benton Group as a Herdsperson, and since has progressed to the role as Freeland Dairy Site Manager. Tim studied agriculture production at Black Hawk College in Illinois and enjoys working on home projects and spending time with his wife and children.
Marty Wayne
Site Manager
C Dairy
Marty is the General Manager at the C-dairy and lives near Mondovi, Wisconsin. He received his DVM from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. When he is away from the cows, he is spending time with his family. They enjoy kayaking, hiking, and farming together.
Pablo Garcia
Organizational Development Manager
Lakin Dairy and Feedyard
Pablo works to solve organizational challenges and improve workplace culture and efficiency. He collaborates closely with our general managers and area managers. He received his business and master’s degree in human resource management from Fort Hays State University.
James Erbe
Site Manager
Greenstreak Dairy
James has previous worked in construction management and gives our Silverstreak Team a unique perspective on farm projects and practices. Outside of dairy farming, James and his family have a small hobby farm with horses, goats, pigs, ducks, and chickens.
Dusitn Wirt
Site Manager
Cottonwood Dairy
Dustin’s day includes checking over feeding, maintenance needed for facilities, and animal health. He has worked in roles with his family’s farm and Accelerated Genetics before his current role with United Dairies. He enjoys spending time with his wife Rachel and their children snowboarding, and fishing.
Leah Mohs

Leah’s job duties are to maintain the day-to-day operations and manage employees. She graduated from Ridgewater College and grew up in central Minnesota. She chose to work with Silverstreak dairies to grow and challenge herself, and pursue her career goal of managing a dairy. Leah enjoys fishing and hunting around Minnesota with family and friends.
