Located in Mondovi, Wisconsin, C Dairy spent 2018 under construction. We began milking on our new 100-cow rotary in March of 2019. The new barns were designed with state-of-the-art technology and ventilation to maximize cow comfort and health. At C Dairy LLC, we seek to develop a work environment that supports the professional and personal growth of all of our team members. C DAIRY
C Dairy milks 4,400 cows three times a day using a 100-cow rotary. We grow and store all of our haylage, silage and feed commodities for the year. C Dairy takes great pride in its dairy operation and we value cow comfort and environmental sustianability. None of this would be possible without the employees of C Dairy. There are 48 full-time employees providing coverage 24 hours a day, every day of the year. These dedicated individuals take great pride in their jobs and help make C Dairy the success it is.
C-Dairy farms 4,200 acres of owned and leased cropland. Our regenerative farming practices allows us to farm with intent and to be sustainable. The regenerative model is designed to maximize the efficiency of the nutrients needed to grow our crops. Our farming practices include cover crops, no-till, minimum till, zone-till, crop rotation, precision fertilizer applications, and managing recycled soil nutrients through solid and liquid manure. Balancing these practices allows us to optimize organic matter and microorganisms. This improves the soil health, water, and nutrient retention for the land we own and the land we rent.
